Coach Joe’s goal is to teach the fundamentals of lacrosse in a way that the player can continue to practice on there own. Therefore, a player can excel even when a coach is not present.
Coach Joe’s mission is to ensure that players enjoy the game knowing that fulfilling athletic potential can only be achieved after a love for lacrosse has been fostered.
